My advice, don’t get it done at walmart. I got my ears pierced there and they got infected even with me doing everything the lady told me to and the back of the earring got stuck on and I had to get it cut off. It was a nightmare!
I’d say your best bet would be a tattoo/piercing place. They’re usually open pretty late. Just google your city and the word piercing or something and places should come up
